MISSION STATEMENT

TJW Management Company's primary purpose is to provide quality community association management services on a sound and profitable basis, for a limited number of customers. We intend to maintain our position as a market leader by understanding and then satisfying our customer's needs and providing exemplary service and quality, utilizing current technology to continually enhance our leadership position in the delivery of quality services to our customers. We will at all times conduct ourselves with integrity and seek to balance the satisfaction of the needs of our customers, employees, owners, suppliers and the community.

Company Overview
TJW Management is established in the Central Florida Association Management Industry. With 25 Licensed CAM's (Community Association Managers) and over 125 full and part-time employees, we offer a full list of services to the Timeshare, Resort Condo, Condominium, and Homeowner Associations in the area.

Company Background
TJW started in 1981 as a Developer's Management Company. Morris Goodwin purchased a majority share in the stock and redirected the company toward supplying services to Owner Controlled CIRAs (Common Interest Realty Associations). We have maintained our independent stance and owner advocacy at the expense of rapid growth and profit. Homeowner Associations in the area.

Our Professional Staff

The day-to-day control and activities are under the expert care of Mrs. Terrie Hays ^{LCAM, Licensed Real Estate Agent}. Terrie has been with TJW for over twenty years and has held almost every job within the company. Terrie is now Vice President and General Manager of TJW Management Company. Ms. Kathy Fisler is Office Manager and keeps everything running smoothly at the corporate headquarters. The HOA division is headed up by Mr. Ed Hunter ^LCAM . Ed is in charge of handling the Homeowner Associations and assist Morris with technical issues regarding forms printing, database issues and internal corporate tasks. The Supervisor of Maintenance is Roger Koop ^LCAM. His job is to assist the on-site managers and the associations with special maintenance issues and projects. He is assigned to specific properties to assist the on-site managers and staff with technical and procedural maintenance issues and to assist the Board of Directors with complex maintenance issues. The Corporate crew is rounded out with Ms. Amy O'Connor, Human Resources and Billings Clerk, Mrs. Sara Dean, Receptionist and Ms. Karen Stewart, ^LCAM, handles Receivables and Payables.
